• → We receive many submissions and depending on volume, we may not be able to notify you that you have been added to the gallery. Please check back often to see if your content has been included in the gallery. Feel free to let people know you've made it by linking back to our gallery.

• → We will ONLY use the email address provided to contact you if we have a question about your submission or to let you know if your content has been added to the gallery.

• → When submitting illustrations for inclusion on 3dEssentials, you represent and warrant that you own all rights in the Content.

• → For the illustration uploads we accept only image files saved as .jpg or .png. The minimum width of the image should be 700 pixels, the height being not important. We will not accept smaller images.

• → Make a short description of the concept and process, explain your part in the project and give credit where it's due.

•  

• → The keywords list will be used to tag your images for search purposes. Make a list of keywords that will best describe the illustration.

• → Make a list of all the sepparated software applications used. For example, if you have a 3d character that you modeled in Maya, then exported to Zbrush for detailing, imported it in 3ds Max for rendering with Vray and did the post work in Photoshop, you'll have the following: Maya, Zbrush, 3ds Max, Vray, Photoshop.

• → A link to your website will allow people who like your work to contact you. We will link the illustration to the address provided and display a text link too. Be sure to include the "http://" before the URL and make sure the address is correct!

• → If you have any comments or questions regarding the illustration usage or the website please let us know by using the optional Comments field. We appreciate your feedback and we strive to improve the gallery and user experience all the time.

• → We are continually trying to increase our audience through different marketing and advertising strategies. By answering the "How did you find about us?" question you'll provide us with invaluable data on the efficiency of our marketing efforts thus allowing us to bring a larger audience to your content.
